VIVAnews - The Indonesian government prepares a blueprint for affordable homes whose prices ranging to between Rp20 million and Rp26 million aiming at poor citizens.

Coordinating Minister for the Economy Hatta Rajasa said the blueprint in detail includes information on the area, locations, and building schedule of the homes.

The government plans to finance the development by using CSR (corporate social responsibility) funds and ministerial budget.

For the time being, the government will apply tax exemption for owners of type-36 homes worth lower than Rp55 million per unit.
